These last two aren't that near the station but they are the right side of Leeds for Superna if you're definitely going to be around there.

Anything with postcode LS1 and LS2 is in the city centre, so will be near the station. The bottom two I've listed here are LS10/11, which isn't really the city centre, but these are on the edge of the centre and near where you're going - in general don't bother with these postcodes otherwise. Lots of B+Bs have postcode LS6, as this is near Headingley Stadium - it's a couple of miles and you'll pay about 6-7quid in a taxi from town to here (they're mostly on Cardigan Road) so if that's OK then maybe you can look there.

leeds isn't a shithole. What is that person on about? Leeds is one of the most cultured cities in the UK. It also boasts that it is the 'nightlife capital of the UK'.

theres the queens hotel near train station maybe that might be 2 dear.  Leeds is a bangon place in West Yorkshire better that bradford or dewsbury
