  1. If you mean insurance coverage from a state program like medicaid-no. It's considered elective.


  2. Nope.  If it's not on your group plan, it isn't out there - because the only people who would get it, would be the ones who would use it.  

    After you had your babies, you won't keep buying it any more!!
