Any one familiar with HIRSP insurance in Wisconsin?

The offices are closed and I REALLY need to get my knee looked at. Do I need pre- approval for that? I have a couple other questions about it too, if anyone can help.

This is a high risk insurance and generally, only a NON emergent in-patient hospital stay must be pre-authorized.
