you approch the client, and know what the client is required it is a must to the insurence agent.  In training you know the basics .  you will become an true agent when you completed your 101 client. client is the guru to you.  interaction with the client is the training to you.  Best of luck

Majority of Insurance Companies in private sector out of 13 players, all of them train their advisers online, some for life insurance and some for general insurance.

Who do you work for, most states if not all require a pre license course, before the state will allow you to have a resident producer license. check with state laws.  Some states require that you attend classes or do online classes.  Be sure that you know what is needed up front.  Some companies will train you but once again this in information that you need to know up front.  Good Luck
