Any one have luck with a quality home phone that uses bluetooth?

Purchased the GE 28128 and the Vtech one but not happy. Vtech was too expensive and didn't have the features that the GE had. The GE was defective 2 times so far. I need 1 touch dialing, battery backup, ability to transfer phonebook via pc or phone-to-phone. I also need an answering machine. I just want to not carry my cell phone and my home phone around the house with me. Has any one purchased a phone with these features and the bluetooth but also is happy with the product?
