With ( I think) pulonium 29 halos being found throughout the world in granite, he claims that because pulonium 29s' half life is 3 minutes that granite couldn't have formed in just that short of a time without it being created instantly. By an intellegence.

That is a pretty flimsy idea not to mention that has been proven wrong by multiple dating techniques.  Why does he think that fallout is radioactive.  It doesn't take a nuclear physicist to realize the unstable isotopes are created by radioactivity or fission.  Since he is from the 1940's, he probably lacked an understanding of nuclear physics or he wrote articles knowing that few did.
