  1. Yeah i used to go to The Viaduct a h**l of a lot when i was a rugby fan. It was well known for been "the Leeds pub".

Since Leeds United (excuse my french) f*cked up, they changed the pub because there were no longer matches shown on the TV and the custom went straight down. It's now a g*y bar, along with all the other bars on Briggate. I'm not sure what the bedrooms are like but the pub itself is pleasant, trendy yet traditional, spacious and well kept so i can only assume that the bedrooms are too.

It's really close to the train station (i know you were looking for somewhere close), in fact you can't really get closer. It's literally a matter of walking 100 metres and up 10 steps and you're there.

If you're staying there for a couple of days its worth checking out the bars on the same street as The Viaduct. As i said before they are all g*y bars but extremely straight friendly, so its great for everyone whatever their preference.

So when is this trip then, you've been asking about Leeds for a while now?

  2. Yep,the Viaduct is a meeting place for Leeds UTD

supporters, it has a small dining area and a beer garden.

It is situated on Briggate, when i used to go in it was a bit

of a rough ole,but things have changed over the years,it

has one long room with a bar serving different ales

    and lagers plus wines.
