yes in another chatroom lots of people are peeved at ihug after it was taken over by vodafone.  anything associated with vodafone is a joke.  my prepaid cellphone has had an unexplained disappearing balance for years & I'm always having to ring them up to get reimbursed for their errors. their call centre staff are appalling, they are so thick! most call centres hire staff with good listening and problem solving skills but not vodafone!  extremely frustrating & 40 minutes on hold is pretty much the norm.  I assume they hire minimum wage staff there to get such clueless incompetent people.  I'm also surprised that no one has taken them to the commerce commission about all their mistakes re overcharging re cellphones.
