Actually your point is not clear . that's not because of you , but because the term " the new world order " is not really clear as well .

After the attacks of 9/11 a lot of terms like this one came out to the light meaning a new direction and a shift in the policies . so far the world have seen a lot of of negative practices but no juice . the world only saw Israel pushing Palestinians more into the corner with no hope of peace in the near future . the Americans are threatening all middle east countries of a disaster if they tried to gain weapons of mass destruction to defend themselves from the hopeless case in Palestine which is threatening their own existence .

The Russians are coming back . this time as a nationalist Russia which wants to dominate and take advantage of the western weakness where the west now prefers not to fight , but to use militias and private companies to do the job instead of armies . and if things went bad they will use money .

England looks like being lost between two identities . the Anglo Saxon heritage and the European Union . personally i think they should join the NAFTA . they don't find themselves part of Europe . the idea of joining Europe by force was horrifying to the British during WW2 and i think even in time of peace like now the idea is maybe still horrifying .

Is this a trick question? If anyone can't see that happening by now, they need new glasses as it's been going on for years, the two world wars with Germany was part of it, Bush's grandad funded hitlers n**i Germany, and the same ones tried to raise an army to take over America, the Bush family are related to the British Royal family, it's been a big con for a very long time.
