Any one know anything about back pain?

I have reoccurring back pain. It comes on for no reason and last for at least a week. I also get shooting pains down my legs when I cough it hurts also. Any suggestion. Is this serious.

Hi. Shooting pains from your back could be sciatica, maybe due to a pinched nerve in your back. You should go to a doctor for a proper diagnosis. In the meantime, apply heat or an analgesic cream to the affected areas for temporary relief. Good luck!

back pain should never be taken in stride go to a dr asap.
