  1. Nothing seems to work for that. Its just broken.


  2. I don't know either and I have tried. All you can do is go down your list of answers or questions asked on your profile to track someone down, or check your contacts if you added them to your profile. Other than that, search either resolved or voting questions, wherever you saw the name/avatar you want to contact.
