Any one know how to pep up tuna mornay

hi, I'm not the worlds greatest cook, ( probably closer to the other end of the scale, lol) but my partner works really hard for us while i stay home with bubs so i like to have a nice meal for him when he comes home. he loves tuna so i was ,looking for some great tuna recipes. i use the continental packet mix for tuna mornay and its really dull so any ideas on how to make it taste better would be graatly appreciated. thanks

mustard, cheese, smoked paprika peas added into tuna mornay is nice

Yes I have made the packet mix and it is rather 'bland'. I put in a teap of curry powder (add more for your own taste) and also a teasp of mustard gives it an added zing.

My favorite tuna is usually a thick fresh steak seared quickly on the grill and served almost raw over a bed of greens -- a mix up some raspberries into some honey mustard and serve it on the side or as a dressing....mmmmmm
