Any one know of any hotels, near the laguna seca race track U.S.A.?

I am trying to put a package to-gether to go and see the MOTO-GP motorcycle races in july, any information would be great, also distance from airport to track

There are alot of hotels in the area.  Embassy Suites is usually the headquarters for race registration there, and it is conveniently located to the track.  There are quite a few nice places down towards Cannery Row in Monterey and this is only a couple miles further.  Anything in the general area will be somewhat close... but all will still be driving distance as it is a little bit of a trek along the access roads to the track.

If you are searching online, Marina and Seaside will be the closest towns, with Monterey and Pacific Grove reasonably close.

As for the airport... there is a small airport in Marina, though I am not sure what kind of availability they have as a destination to fly into (though given the attendance at the MotoGP event, probably something going on here).  The closest major airport would be San Jose (SJC), which would be about a 90 minute drive (about another hour on top of that to the other major airports in the Bay Area:  San Francisco or Oakland).

if there are, most likely that they are already booked for that weekend... try doing a travelocity search for monterey, ca.... you might get lucky......
