  1. Depends what part you'll be in.  Seville is usually very wet in the winter.  Cold and dreary along the Mediterranean coast.  Madrid and the central plain tend to be colder than the South.  Barcelona is often milder than other parts.  Google Spain and maybe travel Spain, and you should be able to find weather charts.

Here's a good site to start at:  http://www.southtravels.com/europe/spain...

  2. Hi I'm Spanish, from Catalonia, in the morning in January last year the weather was between 3 and 10ºC It was depens.

Sorry for my bad English, I don't speak English.. :S

  3. It really depends on how the weather pans out for any particular year. Last year January was fantastic here in Málaga. The fine weather started on Christmas Eve and went right through until the end of January. Long sunny days and really quite warm. My family, we all had Christmas lunch by the beach. It was great. Having said that, if you are unlucky it could be raining and chilly with it, afterall it is winter.

Barcelona can get cold at night with quite severe frost, but the further south you go the better and milder it gets. The best areas are between Alicante and Málaga for the best weather. The more inland you go the cooler it will get.
