Any one know when is carnival in St.Thomas?

Carnival is the same time all over the world, it's 3 days before Lent. (some traditions count Carnival as the entire period of time between Epiphany or Twelfth Night and Ash Wednesday)

i thought it was in the august area, but thats a complete half assed guess.  i saw a documentary about it on BETJ, it looked really fun/exciting.
