  1. you may have heard it wrong but i think you're trying to say

    anata ga omotte iru ka dou ka wakarimasen

    which translates to

    i dont know if you think so or not.

    (I dont know whether or not  we agree)

    which may also mean

    i cant speak for you because i'm not sure we agree

    anata  means you

    omotteiru  means think, get the impression, feel

    ka dou ka means whether or not

    wakarimasen means i dont know

  3. Anata means "how about you", masen means "I don't". Sorry that's about all I know....I learnt japanese for nine years lol
