Its easy to ball a doosra. Just hold the ball between the middle fingers and bowl in the direction you want.

I am a offspinner and try to bowl it very often!! Its really really hard!! U kind of have to click ur fingers!! When i try bowling it, it always ends up being a wide!! So i dont try to bowl it often!! But i iam practicing and getting better!!
