Any one of Boat rides in NYC? where you can have dinner in?

I am not looking for the circle Line lol lol

My husbands Birthday is coming up and i wanted to take him out on a dinner boat ride type of thing that i know he would love? Am looking for a fancy type of thing. But if not doesn't really matter because my husband HATES Dressing up. I would preffer a Boat restaurant if that even excists in NYC

I have been on several of these boat dinner dances around Manhattan.  The nicest one by far is Bateaux New York.  The atmosphere is very elegant, the food is surprisingly delicious and they always have a nice band for dancing.  Plus, the boats are pretty small so it's kind of an intimate setting. I would really highly recommend it.  The boats depart from Chelsea Piers.

I've been on World Yacht a number of times - a work function, family function and dinner.  Each time was really, really nice and not too expensive.  The best part is that you can go out and check out the NY skyline, Statueof Liberty and they are also showing the NYC waterfalls project by Olafur Eliasson.  Check out their website http://www.worldyacht.com/ for more details.
