yes i know a number of people who live in real rural arwas of the country in almost gohst town type areas that only have dial they are to far from any major city to get hgi speed and unless they have a satilelite they can't even get a tv signal to far from any place

There are still some areas, in this state for sure, that dont have any other option but to use dialup service. They just havent built the fiber lines yet.
