  1. Anyone normal would take Advil

  2. i'm a migraine sufferer and have gotten acupunture for them (from my chiropractor). it's been extremely helpful for me. i definetely recommend it. (i've used it in conjunction with imitrex for the really bad ones, as well as in place of it). i'd recommend going to your chiro for it, as you may be able to get a portion of it covered by your insurance that way, as opposed to seeing a private practitioner/acupuncture clinic as many insurance plans don't cover that at all...

  3. no, pressure points work alright.  temples, and between the eyes, try all three at once.

  4. I am an acupuncturist and treat headaches all the time. I see good results for migraines, sinus headaches, tension headaches, headaches from neck issues....

It is usually out of pocket. Someone suggested seeing a chiro for acup. In some states MDs and chiros can do acupuncture, but most have only trained minimally. Where I am in Mass., chiros cannot legally do acupuncture.

I would say get a recommendation to someone you have heard good things about and give it a try. A little needling never hurt anyone.

  5. No, I go to the chiropractor for my headache/neck problem
