  1. yes if did, ordered online, spent nearly 100 dollars, followed instructions for 1 months,.....nohing what they all said, nothing no results, same as before, prbably a few days on liquid diet would be better

  2. It's good you are beginning to learn about the importance of bowel health.  Enemas, cleaning out the colon with water, have been practiced for thousands of years.

In fact, Jesus Christ speaks about cleaning out the colon for better health http://www.healthbanquet.com/enemas.html

I had struggled for years to regain my health.  After I completed a cleanse with a phenomenal and  well researched colon cleanse product, I was like a new person and my body began to heal.

Through my struggle, I realized how so many people can be benefited  from cleansing their intestines with a great, effective, safe, life improving product - not an inferior product.

So, continue to educate yourself on the importance of colon health.  If you go to my website I will share which top product gave me back my "quality of life."

To learn more about the importance of cleansing the colon go to http://www.healthbanquet.com/colon-clean...

By the way, the colon cleanse product I personally experienced has done wonders for people suffering with IBS and bloating trapped gas too.

Stay smart and keep asking questions.  The more you learn about what you can do to improve your health, the better off you will be.

Here are a few more thoughts on the subject...

Is It Really Beneficial To Cleanse The Colon?

But Shouldn’t The Colon Be Able To “Clean Out” On Its Own?

Good questions.  Well, of course, the basics of maintaining a healthy body are good nutrition, plenty of water, decrease stress, good sleep, moderate exercise, and peace of mind, etc.   These all help keep the body working properly.

Well, then why do some people that follow these basics sometimes find themselves with health issues especially involving the intestines?

    Here are a few possibilities:

•Overuse of antibiotics which further decrease the friendly bacteria in the gut so essential to proper gut function

•Consuming too many denatured and newfangled overly processed foods, and sugars

•Lack of live foods rich in enzymes

•Overabundance of chemicals in our environment and food supply.

Many people’s digestive systems are compromised and their bodies cannot optimally detoxify without some help.  Many people are not able to get their bodies back on track through the above mentioned good health fundamentals, but need some assistance to detoxify so the body can better function and heal itself.

That was certainly the case for me.

I definitely could never have imagined in a million years how much benefit cleansing out the colon could bring to the body and mind.  In fact, I rejected this colon cleansing idea for far too many years.

But finally, my husband brought to my attention  Drnatura’s Colonix colon cleanse product found at http://www.drnatura.com

I read the testimonies, and I thought, maybe just maybe, this product can help me too.  Well it did, in fact Colonix  truly helped give me back my “quality of life.”

Yes, day by day my health continued to improve and my body began healing as the old impacted waste was eliminated.  Please go to http://www.healthbanquet.com/health-my-s... for the long version.

Yes, personal experience is a great teacher.  Many people are growing in their awareness as to what they can do to help optimize the functioning of the colon.  This is quite evident from the burgeoning availability of colon cleanse products on the market and growing vitally needed education in this area.

I could have saved thousands of dollars in health care costs and years of majorly compromised health if I would have known about the Colonix colon cleanse product years earlier.

I thank God that the intelligent folks at Drnatura put together a phenomenal colon cleanse program which is helping to bring back many folks to the world of the living.  It is also helping many people to regain the upper hand in overcoming their various intestinal dysfunctions.

Dr. Bernard Jensen's book titled Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care backed up this point of not realizing the impaction and toxicity that could be existing in a person's colon.

Jensen thought it was of great clinical importance the fact that daily movement of the bowel alone cannot, contrary to popular belief, be considered evidence of proper bowel function or lack of constipation.

Dr. Bernard Jensen, D.C. (1908-2001) attended the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago many years ago. "In the college anatomy lab, autopsies were performed on 300 bodies. According to the histories of these deceased persons, 285 had claimed they were not constipated and had normal bowel movements, and only 15 had admitted they were constipated.

"The autopsies, however, showed the opposite to be true - only 15 were found not to have been constipated. Some of the 285 persons had stated that they had as many as five or six bowel movements daily, yet the autopsies revealed that in some of them, the colon was twelve inches in diameter. The normal diameter of the colon is two to three inches. The bowel walls were encrusted with material that had been lodged there for a very long time."

So yes, get the basics in, but if one is still struggling with their health and intestinal dysfunction, take the time to learn about the colon and what one can do to optimize its function.  Your body will thank you.

I look forward to the day, medical doctors instruct their patients on what they can further do to improve the functioning of their colon – besides for the recommended take more fiber and drink more water – which is certainly good advice.

There is so much to talk about on this fascinating topic.  All I can say is definitely find the best medical and natural health practitioners to help you.  Also, keep researching and then let your own “internal compass” guide you on the path to better health and overcoming your IBS, constipation, bloating and trapped gas.

  3. I personally haven't tried it, well not yet... But my Fiance tried it and loved it...  He still jokes about it..  He did Dual Action Cleanse and then found some all organic pills and bought them, and absolutely no side affects what so ever on both pills...  It cleans out the colon where bowl has been stuck to it, and cleans out your system which causes you to be backed up...  This just cleans out your pipes and makes them clean...It's really good for you.  Don't use it for prolonged usage.... Use it for about a month and then take a two month break and then do it again.  My Fiance said it made him feel 10lbs lighter, he had more energy, and used the bathroom regularly  afterwards.  He said it cleaned him out until air just came out and that's when he knew his colon was completely clean, and then the day after it was easier to go...  It worked great for him, and he felt so much better after he had done it.  I'm going to try it in the next couple of months.

  4. colon cleansers, and detox medications don't work its as simple as that the link below can give you further information

  5. I've done a lot of research on this topic and have found the best one out there is by DrNatura Colonix. They've sold almost a million of the kits. I plan on trying the product real soon. http://www.drnatura.com

  6. Why are people on this board so obsessed with enemas and cleaning out their bowels??

Nature does a great job of cleaning the bowel out on its own.  The lining of the gut is replaced every few days, it is one of the most physiologically active parts of the body.

IBS may indeed cause constipation, diarrhea, bloating cramps in various combinations.  It is because of disordered peristalsis, not because of "toxin" buildup, or "sludge" stuck to the bowel wall.  That is naturapathic nonsense.

IBS symptoms are closely tied to your emotional state.  Getting a proper balanced diet, regular meals, exercise, water and lots of rest is probably the best "natural" treatment of this annoying, but not life threatening problem.  (it is a syndrome, not a disease)

  7. In addition to what SkepDoc said (and he generally gives some of the best answers you'll find on these boards), someone with IBS needs very much to teach their body to work properly. Using enemas, laxatives, and any other odd things the naturopaths recommend is not the best way to accomplish this. In fact, they can aggravate the problem.

Build up to around 30g of fiber daily, drink plenty of water (not soda, not coffee, not sugar-filled juices, but water), follow the food pyramid recommendations at USDA.gov, and if you like, try a quality acidophilus supplement (Kyodophilus, Enzymatic Therapy Pearls, Culturelle, and others). And get at least 30-45 minutes of moderate exercise daily. This will get your body back on track.
