I play poker for a living and that is quite common. It happens at all sites but some are worse than others because they have less reliable servers.

There is nothing to do. Simply wait and the issue will resolve itself. Since you are only playing with play money there is no reason to not have accounts at several sites.

The two largest sites are PokerStars and Full Tilt. They both have play money tables and because they are the market leaders tend to have less downtime.

Because they are scammers and want you to join the real money tables. All internet poker is a scam.
