  1. You need someone else to get you on a schedule.

Get and adult to help or study with a friend who does the same course.

As a last resort go back to regular school where there is structure that is externally imposed.

  2. Write down the schedule you think is appropriate for your day and post it in several places around your room and house.  Set your alarm clock, lay out your clothes the night before, GET DRESSED in the morning.  There's no trick way to get on a schedule other than writing it out and exercising your will power to FOLLOW the schedule.

  3. You need to set yourself some rules. Decide how a good school day would look like (although cut yourself a little slack about what time you get up at--it's fairly common for teen sleep schedules to change) then write out the rules you would need in place to make sure you accomplish a day like that. For example, a rule that you're not allowed to read/play on the computer/whatever it is that you normally do before you get to work until you've finished your work. Then take it one day at a time, celebrating any and all success, even if you didn't completely accomplish the day as you'd intended. Just maintain that vision of what you want your day to be like and each day, make it closer to that vision. Progress is far more important than perfection!

  4. I agree - have your parents become more involved.  Even if you're in an online school, they are still responsible for you, and need to help you get into a schedule.  The school may be responsible for your grades, but your parents hold the key to your privileges.

Have them help you set up a rough daily schedule, and then be accountable to them for it.

  5. Go to a real school

  6. The other answers were all really good!  I would add to make sure you are going to bed by, say, 11, so you can get up at 8 and start school.  I would guess that you are staying up too late.  Also, you need to have some things planned for your afternoons so you will WANT to get your school done in the morning.

  7. get out of the house and go to a real school. your parents aren't doing you any favors . they are failing you in real life and are not doing their jobs as responsible parents by not sending you to a real school where you can learn skills and socialization instead of be isolated.

  8. Doesn't your mom push you at all or give you zeroes or incompletes for the work?  That's what my son gets if he doesn't finish his work on time.

The first step is to stop sleeping in.  Next, pace your work throughout the day.  If you need to nap, wait until after you finish math, for instance.  Do a subject and then go for a walk.

The next step is to have your mom be a LOT more involved and to give you punishments/consequences for not completing work by a daily deadline.
