Any opinions on Shorewood Early Learning Center in Shorewood, IL?

Do not send your children to Shorewood Early Learning Center. The kindergarten educations my child received there was horrible. It took another whole year for her to catch up with her counterparts in the public system. Also, they screwed up our account record and months later came back to us claiming owed them money and can't even provide a date of any missed payment. Has anyone else had a bad experience with them?
