Any opinions on Zips Dry Cleaners in Montgomery County, Maryland?

Took clothes to ZIPs cleaners in Montogmery County, MD...went on vacation...found the wrong pair of pants among the dry cleaned clothes...

What should I do? How will or Will Zips find my pants?

Hi Estela1130,

The first thing to do is to contact the ZIPS location as soon as possible.  The phone number to the Rockville store (currently the only location in Mont Co.) is 301-315-9006, ask to speak to a manager, and alert them to the problem.  

Hopefully you still have the tags on the garment.  It is a colored tag that is usually placed on the inner flap of the zipper.  That tag contains the internal tracking information which will greatly assist in correcting the problem.

They will also need you to return the mistaken pants as soon as possible.

I have also emailed the owner of the store to make him aware of the problem. However, nothing can be done to correct the problem until you contact them.
