Any opinions on the Nedlands area of Perth WA?????

Moving there soon so just wondering about things like average rents (in a shared house), nightlife, eating out, entertainment etc... Any help much appreciated!!!

Nedlands is a very nice upper class area so rent, even in a share house will be high ($900 a week for a house and around $500 for a unit). There are a few restaurants around but most of Perth's nightlife is in North Bridge.
