Does wearing an incorrect prescription make your vision worse? Also, does wearing glasses, squinting to see and not exercising deteriorate your vision? Where can i get free eye chrarts which i can download online?

Don't know about the free eye charts for you. An incorrect prescription will not make your eyes worse, you just won't see clearly.

Vision is brought by light entering the eye and focusing on the retina. Your own eye won't focus the light properly and you see blurry, if you are in need of glasses.  When you have the glasses on, the prescription creates a certain curvature in the lens that brings the light to the right point and you can see.  By wearing an incorrect prescription, the curve of that lens will not allow light to focus and you will have blurry vision, that's it. No worse or better.

Wearing proper eye glasses will improve your vision only while you have them on, but has no affect on the eye as far as "fixing" your vision. It is physiological and based on the shape of your eye.

Eating healthy and certain supplements are good for the overall health of the eye, but do nothing to reduce the need for glasses.

This is an online chart. Read the instructions carefully to determine the distance you have to stand at. You will need a tape measure.

I don't think any downloadable charts exist because of the exact size of the lettering needed on the chart. It would always vary because of different monitor sizes.
