I imagine a girl teens bedroom filled with colours such as pink or purple. Fluro colours might work well with soem people. Try making a theme such as underwater beach, rainforest, shopping etc.

well it depends if it's a guy or girl..

If it's a girl give her lots of places to put stuff like have a nice wooden cabinet style piece with lots of cane baskets or something..

It's hard to give advice with out knowing what the person is into and if they like clutter and such.
