Yes he's a rookie and yes he's playing against 2nd, 3rd and 4th stringers, but you can still see talent in a player even against bottom of the depth chart players. Now I'm not saying hand him the starting job, just give him the opportunity to play with the 1st and 2nd string and see what he can do there. To me he seems more like a QB then either of our other options. He has the size and strength to be a QB, which is more then you can say for the other 2 options. He can scramble better then the other 2 options. He's mobile enough to move in and out of the pocket, much more mobile then the other 2 options. Am I crazy to say give this kid a shot? Tony Romo was an undrafted QB, maybe the Bears have the next Romo and maybe they don't, but you don't know unless you give him a chance.
