Any other car insurance?

hey can anyone suggest me a good car insurance for my 96 integra.i want to go only for liability insurance and the cheapest available.

i drive only 3000 miles a year but i have started driving only from a month.i am 25 years old and i had no insurance or driving history previously.i also got my license just a month ago..

geico and progressive are quoting 100 dollars a month that too only for liabilaity and minium coverage..

does anyone know any other cheap insurance companies which are also trust worthy.

liability only will be the same no matter where you get it.  rates for liability are set by the state not each company so its the same at every company.  the only time you will see a difference is when you need full coverage.

It will depend on where you are.  In NY rates are not set by the state, the state just approves each company's rates so even liability only coverage can have a large price variance.  Try calling an independent agent in your area.  Independent agents represent several companies and can do many quotes to see which company is the cheapest.  Let them know you already have a Progressive quote to save them some time.  Progressive is usually the first company an agent will try for someone with no prior insurance who needs just liability.
