  1. Yeah Goddess.  I do.  I mean I know this season is hopefully the start of a new and improved Blues and maybe it's a bit early to hassle them out, but why do they keep conceding, on average, 100 points or more each week?  If anything, our backline needs some serious work.  It's really hard to win games when you give that much leeway.  We're not getting thrashed like Melbourne.  But we're not that much better...

  2. don't know about that, it was really pleasing for a supporter of the Super Game - AFL - to see Carlton trying so hard for the final quarter, especially Gibbs and Murphy and Betts and Waite who are the future of the Blues.

Judd is an unknown quantity, after his op, and I think he may have given his best to the WCE, but there are at least half a dozen players who can change Carlton's culture of defeat into a happier place to be.

If you get to Fevola's heart and mind, I reckon it's certain.

  3. i think they showed a bit, St.Kilda is a very good team

  4. Nah I'm not stressing just yet, they were never going to be world beaters this year, they still have the youngest list in the comp and show signs of playing good footy.

i went tonight and to be honest wasn't that disappointed-the Saints are a top 4 or 5 side and 2 years ago the result would have blown out to 100 points.

And those people saying Judd is no good are kidding themselves,he had 19 touches 21 last week but his effectiveness and finishing are superb,he's still underdone and probably not 100% right injury wise (judging by the amount of times he was rotated on and off the bench) but hey when he is 100% he'll definately be an asset (and already is)

  5. Being a Dockers fan all I can say is, "Welcome to my world."

  6. Where are all the Carlton supporters now? Pre-season they were everywhere - advising how the messiah Judd was going to to lift their entire team this season!

Now they are all very quiet (Just like I am tonight in relation to WCE).

  7. 2008 will be pain full for u

  8. Sure am the Eagles got flogged as well.

  9. No your a Carlton fan , and this is what happens to you for the next few years live with it.

  10. Nopee I'm on a high after Crows win :) lol

  11. WOW....40 point loss....I feel ya!!!

Especially after all the hype before the season.

I feel for Judd also...Imagine how he feels.

  12. ask the melbourne people, they might be feeling a bit worse i think.

  13. bad luck there. good first quarter but ya lost it in the next 3. go the tiges for last week. yeowww!

  14. Sorry, I'm still on a high from the Crows win today :)))

  15. Nah not really

Were still the youngest in the league

Givem like a couple of seasons

maybe just till next season and we'll be right

I went to the match last night. First quater everyone in the cheersquad was fired upp

Then last quater they were still cheering and cheering

Shows how good our support is still

  16. carlton's time is not now

    but look at the positives

judd is getting fit.....and in form

waite did a great job at CHB on riewoldt

  17. It's a bit disappointing to not see the investment in Judd paying out....like buying a really expensive car and then realising it gets you from A to B just like any other car..

  18. im not a blues fan but i dont mind them what they have to do is find a functioning back line

you can have a great young midfield but it means squat unless you can keep the opposition from kicking a 100 + score every week that is not a good record

  19. Nope I support the Hawks

We had the youngest list a few years ago and had to go through some "pain"

If the blues had insisted on youth a few years ago you may not be were you are now

Be patient you are on the way up.
