And ad-aware, AVG do not detect anything. I dont know what it is and I really do not want to re-install windows.

There try that one! I've not used Avira but have always heard good things about it. I mainly use AVG but I see you'd rather not talk about it.

The System Idle Process always compensates the cpu usage in XP to 100 % at all times.

  2. The simple way to test what is using so many resources is to look under the processes tab on your task manager. To do so, right-click your task bar on the bottom of your desktop and chose task manager. Then click the processes tab. You will see all of the background programs that windows is running. Look for the ones using the highest amount of cpu time. If the cpu and cpu time columns are not visible, you can show them by selecting the view menu, the show columns button on the top menu bar.
