Any other job title for 'office boy' ?

Hi all!

I got a task to create ID card for employees in my office. I asked the Admin Dept. to put the details, but somehow there are some job title that bothering me; one of it is 'office boy'. Its kinda not appropriate to put the job title as 'office boy' on the ID card, dont u think?

So, anyone have suggestion for me what better title to put for office boy?

You're smart to realize that this title is completely inappropriate and raise sexism issues to HR. Absolutely recommend a different title. Do this casually but firmly but telling people that it might be a stronger title if it were something more like "office assistant" or "general office assistant". Who ever is hired would appreciate that title as well.
