  1. A really good stretch for splits is while your as far into them as you can go, squeeze your thigh muscles together for 20 seconds.  Let go and you will go down a bit farther.  For middle splits put your butt against the wall and keep your legs in a straddle and hold it for 3 minutes.  Gravity will do all the work for you!  Make sure you do these stretches every day, and if you can, try to do them twice a day, morning and night.  Good luck=)

    Get a ballet bar and  have none leg on the top bar  and have your supporting leg turned out and simply slid down with out moving your supporting leg and if you don't have a ballet bar use the end of your bed.
