Any other teenager???

is their any other teen who can eat between 4000-5000 calories a day and not gain weight?

I didnt used to be that way but the month ive been eating like that and not gaining weight. is their any thing that could cause this, im not eexercising that much more.

  1. Ok well I'm not that other teenager, But one of my bestfriends is just like you.

    We were in a swim team together, and before that she gained weight just like me, once we joined swimming I guess her metabolism went up up up& once swim season was over, she still ate the same but somehow she lost weight! She's much skinnier before, I think its because her metabolism went really high& so the calories she consumes, burns quickly. That's probably what's happening to you  but your lucky, its like you get to eat nething lol! I wish I was like that!

    It just takes awhile sometimes.

  4. Unless you're really bad shape, you don't really want to pack on calories. Just eat alot of healthy foods, get those vitamins in. That's what really matters.
