After graduating high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I had been an honors student, and had done all of the career research and college planning, but when it came down to going into the 'real' world..I found myself lost.
So, I've been taking classes at a local community college in the meantime, getting ready to transfer over to a state university at the end of this upcoming year. In the classes I've taken, I've found myself interested in the US government, especially the judicial system.
I'd love to enter into the law field, but I don't know if going through 3 years of post-grad law school is for me. So, I've recently been looking up information on paralegals.
The question that I'm bringing up is this (sorry for the long background story): I have read a lot of good things about the paralegal profession, but I have also read that it is a difficult profession for a male to enter. Can anybody confirm or deny this? Also, would anybody know of any other careers related to law that might be worth looking into?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
