Edit...Sorry..I just wrote you a fairly long answer..but I must have not hit the Submit button. Wasn't worth trying to repeat...just that I wish I had known about this happening years ago. It might have clued me in as to what was happening to me.

Alot of people that go out paranormal investigating, all say (well most), that all their batteries will get drained off their equipment...but will work fine when they are out of there...So this could be the case with you.....
