There doesn't seem to be an online community specifically for Illinois, so I looked into good old fashioned meetup.

There are more than likely to be postings in the vicinity of the areas you mentioned. I suggest also that if you are a member of facebook, that you look into some of the larger parkour groups as many people there are looking for meetups and you may have more luck.
