  1. if you're unfit and fat, I would recommend a progressive time on the treadmill twice every day in 5 minute increments starting from 10 minutes up to 30 minutes

if you are unfit and skinny, I would recommend staying away from the treadmill for now and working on eating whatever you can get your hands on and lifting weights, doing pushups, and doing situps

*edit* wow, this answer brought me up to level 4 ;)

  2. Well, join a gym. I would would suggest Starting Strength (Google it). I would also encourage you to look up HIT or the Tabata method. High intensity cardio for short durations is much more effective for weight loss than spending hours doing constant state cardio.

  3. If you have a treadmill there's the answer.

    Use it!

Walking is the best exercise you can do.

Make sure you get your heart rate up and do it every day.

Commitment is the key, good luck :))

  4. i am no expert but i have done my research and

this is a way to start to get fit and healthy

    1) start with 15-20 push ups with 30 second breaks in between and repeat exercise 5-6 times.

    2) then turn over and do the same thing on your back with sit ups or crunches.

    3) you can also lie down on your back and with both feet together raise one on to the toes of the other foot bring your bottom foot up to the same level as the other foot.

repeat this regularly on a daily basis
