Any pharmacists? I need help

Are there any pharmacists or even docs out there? I am on 50mcg of synthroid. for the past week I have had a chronic headache that will not go away with any OTC treatment. Yesterday part of my face went numb for a few minutes. I tried calling my doctors office but they are slammed. they don't have any appointments and they told me it might take 24hrs for the nurse to call me back to determine if I need to be seen. I tried calling my one and only pharmacy and the hold time was an estimated 30minutes, no voice mail. I have an appointment with my neurologist in a month. I don't know if my symptoms are medicine related or something else
