Any photo limit or other restriction for free site account? blog or site better? How to improve traffic?

I came across freeweb.com. Just wondering: any photo limit or other restriction for a free account. I want it to promote my handmade crafts as i already have a blog. Can I actually post photos from the site to my blog posts? I am considering photobucket or picasa but thought a site might be even better. Initially, I had the idea of doing a site but ended up doing a blog. Also, how to get my blog listed at yahoo? Mine is from blogspot. How to drive people to sites? tougher than doing so for blogs? Not sure how they really work? Any advices? tks^^
