Any place I can rent out near Raleigh NC for my birthday?

I'm 14 and I want to rent out a place and have a dj there. I just need to know a place where I can rent space out.

I use to live in Georgia and for my 14th birthday I rented out a volunteer firestation and had a dj. You should look into something like that. It was a lot of fun!!
