Any places in Venice, Italy that have summer solstice gatherings?

I'll be in Italy for the summer solstice. I have never been there I was just wondering if anyone new on places to go or any web sites I could go to.

Venice is not the best place to celebrate the solstice as they pay homage to the sea. Here goes for festivals when you're there.

The people and city of Anzio celebrate the Feast of the Sea, in honour of the city's saint-protector, Anthony of Padua.

Every year the Venice Biennale organises this contemporary dance festival, which in 2006 is directed once again by Afro-Brazilian choreographer Ismael Ivo. Venues include the Teatro Piccolo Arsenale, Teatro alle Tese, Teatro Malibran and Teatro La Fenice.
