check you can get a work visa first - otherwise you don't have many options

if you manage, then go from there - what are your skills? (if you have none and you're not in the european union, you're unlikely to get a visa, never mind a job). if you can, then hotels and hospitality is probably the easiest area, and you can move around

as for adventure... depends what you want. try cornwall for surfing?
