Any player a better double play candidate this year than Derrick Lee?

It's almost an automatic DP with a guy on 1st when Lee bats.

First off DLee is not the least of our problems as he is the core of our lineup and has been pretty bad this year. How is soto a problem???? id love to see you answer that without coming off looking like somebody with no baseball knowledge. And as far as the closer role, Wood is our closer. Hes doing a d**n good job. Hes caughed a few games up but thats expected in a starter to closer transition. Now to answer the question. Derrick Lee is the most automatic double play i have ever seen.

Back in my younger days I had a blind kid on my t-ball team.  The kid was a great person, but couldn't run worth a d**n.  No matter where he hit it he got lost on his way to first.  At first I felt sorry for him, but after his 300th DP I just wanted to beat the h**l out of the guy...true story.

Who is "Derrick Lee".

Derrek Lee is the least of the Cubs problems right now.  Aramis, Soto, the closer's situation is all ahead of Lee in my book.  Derrek will continue to be our best player and we'll be fine.

I don't know what's going on with Lee this season, but he's been hiting like c**p.  That would be #21 for him this season.  I just don't understand how someone can go from hitting champ to this in a matter of 3 seasons.  Did that wrist injury really have more of an effect then we think it did?

molina, hes got a great average but hes a contact hitter and is very slow.  He's hitting way over 300, and leading all catchers in BA, but hits by contact, lots of ground balls.
