I lived in Simi Valley for 6 years and had close friends with that department. Great place to live, great department to work for but very difficult to be hired as a recruit. I would recommend that you enroll in the academy yourself.

wow you sound real intelligent. i would never post my salary on a internet page. if you are interested in becoming a police officer then apply and then ask the human resource dept from the agency in which you are applying.
