Any possibilities to leave this country?

I'm a student living in Romania and I'm wondering, does anybody know if there's a possibility of leaving this country to work/study in USA? cuz dammit, i've searched all over the internet hoping i'll find something but...0 results till now. Just as an info, i'm studying english for 15 years, will this help in any way?

I've been all over Europe and I can honestly say that America has the best people and landscaping in the world. I absolutely adore it here.

It will for sure help you alot that you have been studying English for so long. Check with the guidance councelour at your school (whether you are in high school or college, it doesnt matter) they will be able to pinpoint exact foundations to help you join us here across the pond. It shouldnt be too difficult for you to get a student visa, so definitely bust your bottom and try! It will be WELL worth it!
