Any problems with Australian Stock Investment Club?

I have had no dealings with it, but looking at their website raises a number of warning flags in my mind.

The first is that I consider the name misleading. It is not an "investment club" by traditional definitions.

The second is that their website does not appear to give any track record of their past performance.

The third is that their website does not appear to disclose the cost(s) of their service(s).

The fourth is that their website does not appear to give any information about the people making their recommendations or their qualifications. For all you know it could be some 14 year old.

Did you notice in their disclaimer they say "All information contained on this website is of the nature of general information only and must not in any way be construed or relied upon as legal, financial or personal advice."?

As I said, I have not had any contact with the company so my concerns may not indicate any problems other than a poorly designed website.
