Any problems with the Clean Water Restoration Act?

Some people came to my house to ask for my written support of the Clean Water Restoration Act. Can any body advise a reason that I would NOT support it? Just want to hear both sides. Thanks a lot.

I don't really know anything about it but if it involves putting fluoride into drinking water then I would totally be against it. Fluoride is meant to help your teeth but it actually makes you stupider. Maybe the government is trying to dumb down the population?!?!

They are using your name in to petition Congress.  Furthermore, they will use your information to spam you and collect donations.  Just be aware.
