  1. Renew Practising Certificate

The annual practising certificate expires on 31st December  and is renewable. A notice will be sent out by the Board in late October for update of personal particulars and payment of fees (S$200 currently). All cheques must be cleared prior to 30th November.

Pharmacists who have not renewed their certificates or do not ensure that their cheques are cleared by 30th November will have to pay an additional late fee of S$75. This will apply for the period of 1st December to 31st December.

Pharmacists who do not renew their certificates by 31st December will have their names removed from the Register. The names can only be reinstated on Board's approval and upon payment of a restoration fee of S$250 together with a letter of explanation.
